entity
from
Acer
Inc.
Until
the separation
from
Acer,

operations
were
known
as the
Design,
Manufacturing
and Service
(DMS)
arm of
Acer
Inc.
Acer
Inc ownership
in Wistron
Corporation
reduced
to less
than
50% in
November
2002
and is
currently
less
than
