(TAIPEI, TAIWAN) 14 March 2023 —Wistron Corp. held a meeting of the Board of Directors today. Following the meeting, the company announced the financial results for 2022. The consolidated revenue reached NT$984.62 billion. Operating income was NT$27,472 million, profit before tax (PBT) was NT$24,711 million, and profit after tax (PAT) was NT$11,162 million, with EPS of NT$4.01.   

 

For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022, revenue was NT$263.85 billion, operating income was NT$10,694 million, PBT was NT$8,201 million and PAT was NT$4,076 million, with EPS of NT$1.46.  

 

In addition to the financial results, the company has approved the following items during the meeting:

 

1)  A cash dividend of NT$2.60 per common share for 2022 earnings distribution.

 

2)  A new proposal to issue no more than 250 million new shares within the next one year timeframe to preserve financial flexibility.

 

3)  Hold Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on June 15 at CHANG YUNG-FA FOUNDATION International Convention Center in Taipei.

 

The items for proposal (1) and (2) will be discussed and brought to a vote at the forthcoming AGM.
