(TAIPEI, TAIWAN) 11 May 2023 — Wistron Corp. today held a meeting of the Board of Directors. Following the meeting, the company announced the financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. The consolidated revenue was NT$212 billion, operating income was NT$4,723 million, profit before tax (PBT) was NT$2,627 million and profit after tax (PAT) was NT$174million, with EPS of NT$ 0.06.

 

In addition to the financial results, the company has approved the following two proposals for capital injection during the meeting:

 

1.   US$45 million for Wistron InfoComm Mexico S.A. de C.V.

 

2.   US$15 million for Wistron InfoComm (Philippines) Corporation.
