(TAIPEI, TAIWAN) 3 April 2024 — Wistron Corporation announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wise Cap Limited Company (鼎創有限公司), has participated in a private placement of common shares for GEOSAT Aerospace & Technology Inc.(經緯航太科技股份有限公司), investing a total of NT$1.0 billion. Each share was subscribed at NT$20, resulting in a total subscription of 50 million shares. Following this transaction, Wistron’s subsidiaries now jointly hold a 45.18% stake in GEOSAT's common shares.
