(TAIPEI, TAIWAN) 20 December 2024 —Wistron made the following announcements after today's Board of Directors meeting.
 
1.    SMS Infocomm Corporation (WTX), a wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to undertake building improvements, with a budget of USD 25 million, to support the development of its after-sales service business.

2.    Wistron InfoComm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (WVN), a wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to acquire approximately 37.1 hectares of land from Kim Bang Industrial Development Investment Construction Co., Ltd. (金榜工業發展投資建設有限公司) to support future business development, with a budget not exceeding VND 964.6 billion (approximately USD 37.1 million).

 

3.    Wistron plans to establish a subsidiary, Wistron Property (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (WPVN), and inject capital of USD 16.5 million to build employee dormitories in Vietnam.

 

4.    Wistron plans to inject USD 20 million into ICT Service Management Solutions (India) Private Limited (WIN) through SMS InfoComm (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (WSSG) to meet the funding needs for factory construction. Both WSSG and WIN are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Wistron.
