Wistron announces 1st half year of 2025 financial results and BOD results

(TAIPEI, TAIWAN) 12 August 2025– Wistron Corp. today held a meeting of the Board of Directors.  Following the meeting, the company announced the financial results for the first half of 2025.


 
Total revenue for the first half of 2025 was NT$897,777 million, operating income was NT$25,937 million, profit before tax (PBT) was NT$32,950 million, and profit after tax (PAT) was NT$11,835 million, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$4.06. For the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, revenue was NT$551,291 million, operating income was NT$10,787 million, PBT was NT$18,143 million, and PAT was NT$6,504 million, with EPS of NT$2.20.

 

In addition to the financial results, the Company made the following major announcements after the meeting:


1.    Wistron InfoComm (USA) Corporation (“WUS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wistron, is authorized to undertake building improvements at its Dallas Eagle facility, with a total budget not exceeding US$62.5 million, to support the development of its after-sales business.

 

2.    In order to enhance the efficiency of capital utilization, the Company plans to dispose of all its investments in Tube Incorporated (“Tube”) at a total disposal amount of not less than US$11 million.
