(TAIPEI, TAIWAN) 22 January 2026 — Wistron convened a meeting of the Board of Directors today and announced the following resolutions:

 

1.    Approved an additional investment of up to NTD 8,953.8 million for facility upgrades and equipment acquisitions at the Hsinchu facilities (新竹廠區) in Taiwan, in support of AI-related business expansion.

2.    Approved an additional capital expenditure of up to USD 49.9 million for Wistron InfoComm (USA) Corporation (WUS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in connection with the future business development of the Eagle plant in Texas.
