(TAIPEI, TAIWAN) 12 October 2026 — Wistron convened a meeting of its Board of Directors today and made the following announcements:

 

1.    Approved additional capital expenditures of NT$6.5 billion and NT$591.6 million for the Kaohsiung and Hsinchu facilities in Taiwan, respectively, to fund facility upgrades and the acquisition of machinery and equipment.

2.    Proposed to acquire a factory building in Tainan, Taiwan, from Coretronic Corporation (中強光電股份有限公司) for a consideration not exceeding NT$1.0 billion.
